1: Mobile number should be linked with Aadhaar for OTP

2 : Self-attested hard copy of all documents would be required on A4 size paper

Documents Required

  1. Self Attested PAN

  2. Copy Self-attested Aadhaar copy

  3. Cancel cheque with preprinted client name/Self-attested Bank Statement

  4. Photo of Signature Photo (Client will receive a link for selfie photo on email)

  5. Signed DDPI (Demat Debit and Pledge Instruction) Form

  6. Signed Account opening declaration form

  • Mother Name

  • Father Name

  • Maiden Name (In case of Married Female)

  • Business/ Profession/ Salaried

  • Name of the Company

  • Email ID

  • Mobile No.

  • Annual Income

Nominee Details

  • Nominee Name

  • Relationship with Nominee

  • Pan Card Number or Aadhaar card No

  • Nominee Email Id

  • Nominee Mobile Number
