**Online Ventura Trading & demat account checklist**
1. Self Attested PAN Copy
2. Self attested Aadhaar copy
3. Cancel cheque with preprinted client name/ Self attested Bank Statement
4. Photo of Signature
5. Photo (Client will receive link for selfi photo on email)
6. Signed DDPI Form
7. 36 signs on Account opening declaration form of Ventura
Along with form following Basic Details will be required
* Marital Status
* Mother Name
* Father Name
* Maiden Name (In case of Married Female)
* Business/ Profession/ Salaried
* Name of the Company
* Email ID Mobile No
* Annual Income
Nominee Details
* Nominee Name
* Relationship with Nominee
* Pan Card Number or Aadhaar card No
* Nominee Email Id
* Nominee Mobile Number
