Self-attested copy of Address Proof of each partner on A4 size paper
Company cancelled cheque or self-attested copy of latest 6 months Bank statement
Company cheque of Rs.450 in the name of “Ventura Securities Ltd”
38 Signature of Partners on forms
Signature on DDPI (Demat Debit and Pledge Instruction) of each holder with stamp
Signature on the Consent form for the usage of the Aadhaar Number with stamp
Signature on Mandate for SIP with stamp
Annexures of Corporate account on letterhead

Copy of Balance Sheets and Profit and loss statement for last 2 financial years duly certified
Copy of latest share holding pattern on letterhead of the company. Dully certified by the company secretary/Whole time director/MD (As per attached format).
DIN numbers, Photographs on annexure of directors on letterhead of the company. (As per attached format).
Copy of Memorandum and Article of Association with a certificate of incorporation/Partnership Deed
Copy of Board Resolution for investment in securities market & opening Demat account on Letter Head of Company. (As per attached format).
Authorised signatories list with specimen signatures on Letter Head of Company. (As per attached format).
