4. Self-attested copy of Pan of each Partners Card on A4 size paper
5. Self-attested copy of Address Proof of each partner on A4 size paper
6. Company cancelled cheque or self-attested copy of latest 6 months Bank statement
7. Company cheque of Rs.450 in the name of “**Ventura Securities Ltd**”
8. 38 Signature of Partners on forms
9. Signature on DDPI (Demat Debit and Pledge Instruction) of each holder with stamp
10. Signature on the Consent form for the usage of the Aadhaar Number with stamp
11. Signature on Mandate for SIP with stamp
12. Annexures of Corporate account on letterhead
