Change of Broker

Transfer of FOLIO

1. USE CAMS / KARVY File, Do Not use NSDL / CDSL file.

2. IF Some folios are with Ventura (as identified in CAMS/ KARVY statement ), TAKE permission before "Change of Broker"

3. Folios in DEMAT form ( Such as with Ventura), can not be done via "Change of Broker"

4. IF SIP is Ongoing then FIRST "STOP SIP" before "Change of Broker" as Next SIP will again go to the Old Code.

5. Else take SIGNATURE on two (2) copies in such scenario. 1 for before "Stop SIP" and 1 for after "Stop SIP"

6. CAMS / Karvy RTA statement is a per email ID. Where are NSDL/ CDSL are as per Primary Holder Pan. So for understanding both should be requested and tallied. For change of broker, CAMS / Karvy should be used.

7. IF MF units are held in demat, then some of them may NOT reflect in CAMS/KARVY RTA.

8. Demat units can’t be transferred anyway as “change of broker” For that we need to do “Demat transfer”
