  • Open the

  • Enter your PAN Number

  • Enter your BO ID (which is your 16-digit Demat number that's mentioned on your account statement or the app) BOI ID is made of 16 digits - 1st 8 digits are DP Id number and last 8 digits are Client/customer ID.

  • Enter date of birth

  • Enter the captcha for further validation

  • You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and email if this information is correct. Enter the OTP received

  • Click on submit
